Furthermore, red meat contains 2.6 (g) fat and 63.8 (mg) cholesterol, while chicken meat has 6.3 (g) fat and 76.0 (mg) cholesterol. Although goat meat is richer in its nutritional value than chicken meat, most people prefer eating chicken because of its scrumptious taste and higher protein levels. While on the other hand, goat meat is considered tough and less desirable among people because of its smell and taste.
